Quebec's Law 25 is fully in force. It requires Privacy Impact Assessments for AI systems, explicit consent for automated decisions, and the ability for users to contest AI outcomes. Violations carry penalties up to $25M CAD.
We plan for PIPEDA and Law 25 from the start, but we aren't lawyers, so your own legal advice still matters.

Is my customers' information safe?
We plan for Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, and Quebec's Law 25) from the start, and the written scope says where data is stored. Calls also pass through the voice and AI providers, so check this with your own adviser if your data is sensitive.
Can it speak French?
Yes. It can take calls in English or French, which matters if you serve customers in Quebec.
